We continue to represent both claimants and defenders.  The firm is ideally placed to tender for international insurance panel appointment.  In relation to the US office, we are providing UK policy coverage advice to a major insurer.  In relation to the Paris office we are enlisting their support in relation to a defender based in France in existing Scottish proceedings.  We have also provided advice on coverage to two Middle East clients in relation to construction project insurance and a Canadian manufacturing company on business interruption cover. 

We pursue claims regularly against accountants, surveyors, insurance brokers and other professionals. This gives us good insights into psychology and tactics of both claimants and insurers.

We provide a full court service (including solicitor advocacy) but also regularly pursue complaints to professional bodies and use mediation on a regular basis. We are a flexible, full service, user-friendly option for both claimants and insurers.
