Dentons

About

Provided by Dentons

Dentons' IP Practice is one of the longest established, largest and experienced teams in Scotland.  We also form part of the larger Dentons IP team with large practices in London and Milton Keynes.  Our practice group is exclusively dedicated to intellectual property and is not just corporate lawyers or litigators sporadically advising on IP matters.

Our focus is to protect, defend and manage our clients' most valuable assets: their IP. At any one time our IP team are working on significant UK patent litigations, large scale purchases of IP portfolios, and large prosecution projects, with attorneys and solicitors working seamlessly together.  We believe the combined breadth and depth of our practice to be very unusual.

Our integrated approach to litigation, advisory and transactions delivers optimal results for clients across all sectors. Our team is also integrated into our full-service law firm, meaning we can identify and deal seamlessly with any related legal requirements (licensing, M&A, advertising, franchising, general commercial etc.).

While most UK IP offerings have an international network, we understand our IP team to be the largest globally. This year, the UK based IP team has, between them, worked in over 80 jurisdictions around the world.
