Dentons has the ability to enforce IP rights before French and European Union Courts, national offices and the European Union IP Office (EUIPO) in addition to the WIPO (in particular as regards UDRP proceedings) and to handle opposition, grant/registration refusal, and revocation procedures before the national and European courts as well as before the national IP office and EUIPO.
