Led by Partner Loïc Lemercier, the 4‑lawyer team covers both contentious and non‑contentious IP / IT work across sectors including life sciences, luxury, telecoms, electronics, software, gaming, media, food and beverage and automotive.

The team combines strong patent, trademark, copyright and designs litigation capabilities with contractual, licensing and advisory support. It acts before French courts, EU bodies (including EUIPO) and international institutions such as WIPO, and is able to represent clients before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) on pan‑European patent disputes.
