Dentons

About

Provided by Dentons

This has been a very strong year for Dentons in the Infrastructure space.

On general infrastructure, Network Rail re-tendered their panel late in 2018 and selected their new panel in the Spring of 2019.  Dentons was the highest scoring firm on both quality and price categories.  We have been appointed as the sole provider in 2 of the 4 regions of England and retained as sole provider in Scotland, for a term of 5 years, with an option to extend for a further year.

Network Rail are implementing a new way of working for their panel, with extensive data reporting and analysis, business and efficiency KPI's, backed up with a performance scoring regime and a performance incentive pot, whereby panel firms only retain their fees in full if they are scored as outstanding.  This is a pathfinder approach we expect to be implemented across many more panels in the years to come.
