Work highlights:

Globe Trade Centre: Advising a Warsaw-listed real estate developer and investor operating in Central and Eastern Europe and South Eastern Europe, on its successful debut unsecured green bond issue of €500 million.

Societe Generale: Advising on granting a guarantee to an investor in relation to the intended acquisition of shares under a tender offer for shares in Cyfrowy Polsat.

GTC Dutch Holdings: Advising a majority shareholder in Globe Trade Centre on its issue of new shares. The company sold 88.7 million shares raising approximately €123 million.

Photon Energy: Advising international provider of solar power and clean water solutions listed in Warsaw, and Prague and its two main shareholders, on the sale of stake in the company’s share capital by way of a book-building transaction.
