Our capital markets team provides comprehensive equity, debt and hybrid instruments, as well as securitization and investment funds advice. We operate a full-service capital markets practice used to handling transactions regardless of size and complexity. We represent issuers, investment banks, advisors, asset managers, investors and market participants on corporate, governance and securities regulatory issues, as well as act on transactional structuring in a variety of investment vehicles or instruments, corporate goals and reply to market or regulatory demands.

We advise on public and private securities offerings, including initial and follow-on offerings of any investment instrument, tender offers, corporate reorganizations, liability management, acquisition finance, leveraged buyouts and securitizations. We also advise controlling shareholders, investors, board members and executive directors on a variety of matters involving securities, fiduciary and disclosure obligations.
