Primarily represents states in high-value ICSID, PCA-administered UNCITRAL and ad hoc investment treaty arbitrations. Best known for its strength in the Paris office, utilising branches in London and Moscow to advise international clients. Has a particularly impressive presence among Latin American countries and state-owned entities facing claims from foreign companies that have invested in energy, mining and infrastructure projects. Also attracts European states as key clients and assists private and public companies with investor-state and commercial arbitrations, including those relating to delayed construction contracts.
