We frequently act as lead counsel and co-counsel in domestic and international disputes and coordinate teams of lawyers in multi-jurisdictional matters involving parallel litigation and arbitration.
Members of the Team are regularly appointed as arbitrators by parties and arbitral institutions and are also involved as counsel or mediator in domestic and international mediations.
Partners of our Firm have authored articles and book chapters on arbitration and mediation and are engaged in teaching and training programs.
The head of our Arbitration and ADR practice lectures in International Arbitration at Luigi Bocconi University and at Roma Tre University.
We take part in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris as arbitrators, mediators and coaches of Italian University teams.
