The large scale of our Washington real estate team, one of the largest in the market, allows us not only to scale up our attorney teams to meet the demands of any transaction, but also to advise clients on thorny issues that might slow other deals down. Our real estate lawyers in our Washington offices (approximately half of our firm’s Real Property practice group) regularly serve regional and national clients, and we have earned a reputation as a high-quality alternative to the New York, L.A., and other big city firms for large, complex deals throughout the U.S. Many of our clients do not have offices in the Northwest but still prefer to use us for all aspects of their real estate transactions throughout the United States.

We rely on our in-firm teams of real estate, land use, construction, tax, environmental, corporate, and finance attorneys to allow us to offer our clients service from all angles of a deal. We are also well known for our robust real property financing practice, and we regularly work with some of the nation’s largest lending institutions.

Our clients include investors, developers, lenders, investment advisors, fund sponsors, REITs, property managers, and end users. Among investors, we have particular experience representing state sovereign funds, pension funds, and other tax-exempt investors.
