To illustrate this, no less than 9 of the members of the team have acquired accreditation as Certified IT Attorneys under the strict certification criteria administered by the Association of Danish IT Attorneys. This means that the team now employs well over 10 % of all Certified IT Attorneys in Denmark. 

Specialisation is a key factor in the technology team’s success. All team members work full time with technology law related issues and focus on different sub-specialisations. Industry knowledge is equally as important to the team as the legal specialisation is. Thus, all members of the team follow the trends and technical development of the industry within their respective areas of specialisation.

DAHL’s technology team is one of the absolute leading players on the legal market within the technology segment. DAHL’s client base within the technology segment is primarily focused on the supply-side. 

Amongst other things, the specialists advise on legal matters in connection with delivery and acquisition of IT systems, outsourcing, maintenance and operation of technology, all types of specialised licensing advice, incl. on Saas and open source as well as acquisition and sale of technology undertakings (in co-operation with a strong M&A team).
