Our Planning team is an integral part of DAC Beachcroft's wider Real Estate practice which provides a multi-disciplinary service to UK and overseas organisations whose property assets are at the heart of their business. With over 135 lawyers we have one of the UK's largest dedicated Real Estate practices. We are ranked in "The Lawyer's" top ten real estate lawyers.

Christopher Stanwell leads the national planning team, supported in the South West by Anne Harrison as a Legal Director. In the South West we are best known for our market leading residential practice which represents the top 12 housebuilders in the country.
