Miguel Esperança Pina is a central figure in the Portuguese dispute resolution market. He handles a broad range of litigation and arbitration matters, with notable experience in administrative claims seeking to challenge decisions taken either by the Portuguese financial services regulator or by other public bodies. He left CMS to join CS'Associados in November 2024.
