- Advised AEV in its acquisition of majority interest in PETNET, Inc., the largest Western Unit network agent in the Philippines
- Assisted W Group in its real estate transactions, such as the acquisition of Air Development Rights, PEZA registration, joint ventures for the construction of buildings, and participation in public bidding
- Advised a leading bank in entering into a US$500 Million syndicated term loan facility agreement with international banks
- Assisted in the completion of a joint venture that would develop a 4.8 hectare land in Pasay City, Metro Manila into a mixed-use complex
