• Advised Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. (AEV) in its acquisition (together with CRH Plc) of Lafarge S. A.’s cement and aggregates business in the Philippines
• Advised AEV in its acquisition of majority interest in PETNET, Inc., the largest Western Unit network agent in the Philippines
• Assisted W Group in its real estate transactions, such as the acquisition of Air Development Rights, PEZA registration, joint ventures for the construction of buildings, and participation in public bidding
• Advised a leading bank in entering into a US$500 Million syndicated term loan facility agreement with international banks
• Assisted in the completion of a joint venture that would develop a 4.8 hectare land in Pasay City, Metro Manila into a mixed-use complex

The Infrastructure Group has acted as counsel for the Government and private concessionaires. The Group has prepared legal/regulatory analysis for various PPP and procurement projects, e.g., the North South Commuter Railway Project and Motor Vehicle Inspection System.
