We handle complex environmental litigation in state and federal court as well as before the various state and federal environmental agencies. Our attorneys have worked on client projects in 41 states and 5 foreign countries. Finally, as a recognition of practice area excellence, two of the past four presidential administrations have approached one of our attorneys regarding the potential of serving in high ranking positions at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
