Crowe & Dunlevy brings acknowledged integrity and experience to the environmental table, celebrated by our practice group’s intersection with long-standing specific energy sector experience including oil, gas, wind, solar and water.

Our talented group of environmental attorneys are routinely involved in the vast majority of wind and solar projects in Oklahoma, facilitating transactions, guiding clients through environmental laws and regulations for their industry sectors and transactions involved – whether construction projects, pipelines, renewable energy projects and transmission lines, lawsuits, process analysis, real estate projects, permitting, tax, alternative dispute resolution and negotiation. We handle complex environmental litigation in state and federal court as well as before the various state and federal environmental agencies. Our attorneys have worked on client projects in 41 states and 5 foreign countries. Finally, as a recognition of practice area excellence, two of the past four presidential administrations have approached one of our attorneys regarding the potential of serving in high ranking positions at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. We are also proud to have three Fellows of the American College of Environmental Lawyers, more than any firm in the region.
