The Crowe & Dunlevy Energy, Environmental & Natural Resources Practice Group is a full-service energy and natural resources team with a very deep bench of energy lawyers, and with an emphasis on litigation. The Energy Group handles matters involving all aspects of the oil and gas industry, from the wellhead (upstream) through midstream (gathering and treating) through downstream (processing and refining). The Energy Group also handles administrative and regulatory proceedings and hearings before the government agencies which regulate the industry, including the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, the Oklahoma Water Resources Board and the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality. In addition to handling all types of energy-related litigation, including national and state-wide class actions and multi-district litigation in federal court, the team also includes energy transactional lawyers who handle the negotiation and drafting of all types of energy-related agreements, including mergers and acquisitions and purchase and sale agreements.
