Overview

CHW's litigation department, one of the leading litigation practices in Bermuda, is led by experienced senior advocates. The department prides itself on client service; cost efficiency; and providing effective strategic advice. Our attorneys work closely with foreign counsel; have provided expert evidence as to Bermuda law in foreign proceedings; and act in mediation and arbitration matters either as advocates or as a nominated or sole arbitrator.
