Constantine Law provide comprehensive employment law support to businesses and employers including; advising on ET cases, strategic advice on reorganisations, redundancy, TUPE issues, complex disciplinaries and grievances. Our business model allows us to offer senior expertise and support at substantially cheaper rates than many other ranked firms.

We also have a business immigration team, allowing us to offer a full support package to businesses recruiting and operating internationally.

Work includes:

Restrictive covenant and injunctive relief work: we litigate regularly in the High Court and we regularly secure High Court injunctions: John Hayes leads the team and has particular expertise in this area

Employment agency and recruitment work: we act for a number of large national recruitment businesses: one current employment status case in this sector (Lutz v Ryanair DAC & Anor) went to the Court of Appeal

Discrimination and whistleblowing claims: we deal with complex exits and terminations for employers particularly in contentious discrimination and whistleblowing claims, some involving claims for interim relief

Acting for law firms: in their “own spend” employment law work, including partner-hires and exits
