• Representation of Plaintiff in Hecate Energy LLC, in Hecate Energy LLC v. Blue Summit Capital, LLC, C.A. No. 2017-0060-JRS (Del. Ch.). Hecate filed suit to save two solar energy power plants due to Defendant Blue Summit Capital’s failure to meet its financial obligations pursuant to membership interest purchase agreements.
