The Real Estate team in Cayman Islands is led by Gina Berry. The team advises international and local financial institutions on complex security transactions and has secured highly-coveted panel positions as being preferred attorneys for most of the Class A Banks in the Cayman Islands.
The department also advises a wide range of private clients on complex real estate transactions between vendors and purchasers, as well as landlords and tenants; and has acted for the developers of a number of high-end properties in the Cayman Islands.
The team at Collas Crill has vast experience with drafting and coordinating the legal documentation required in high-end investment developments for raw land transformation and infrastructure. They are routinely involved in negotiations with government authorities with respect to acquisitions, commercial activities, licencing and all regulatory matters.
