We have acted for clients in all manner of disputes, including shareholder and partnership, competition, consumer, financial crime and bribery, product liability, technology-related, copyright, trademark and patent, procurement, property and development including strata, land contracts and access to land disputes. The practice also has a specialist construction dispute team.

We act in all courts and jurisdictions in Australia and handle disputes and litigation arising interstate and overseas. We assist clients with a wide range of regulatory matters, including financial services regulation, corporations and directors’ duties, and proceedings commenced by ASIC, the ACCC, APRA, and the ATO. Our experience also includes acting in matters involving integrity bodies such as ICAC and local government inquiries, as well as acting in AFP investigations, Royal Commissions, and Commissions of Inquiry.
