Members of the Group also appear in the appellate courts of Connecticut and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in a wide variety of cases.

The Group is committed to the effective and efficient use of pretrial discovery and other procedural tools throughout all phases of litigation to keep matters on track while encouraging an atmosphere conducive to settlement where appropriate.  In recognition that most litigated matters are settled before trial, the Group is also committed to the use of alternative dispute resolution when appropriate, and has extensive experience in both mediation and arbitration.
