The Corporate – M&A team at Coblence avocats advises companies, their shareholders and directors, as well as investment funds and family offices, on strategic transactions involving growth, transfer and restructuring.

The team works across the full spectrum of high-level corporate transactions, including full and partial acquisitions and disposals, mergers, carve-outs and capital reorganizations. It also supports clients in private equity transactions, from venture capital to buyouts (both majority and minority), including management reinvestment schemes and incentive arrangements designed to align the interests of executives and investors.

The team is equipped to handle the entire lifecycle of transactions, from legal and tax structuring to negotiation and implementation of contractual and financing documentation, as well as acquisition and disposal due diligence, including vendor due diligence. Particular attention is paid to governance issues and the long-term protection of capital and decision-making balances.
