Recent work highlights:

  • Representing AS LHV Pank in the dispute against the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) concerning the FIU’s right to demand client bank account statements from bank institutions.
  • COBALT successfully represented and advised Via3L Spedition OÜ in court against firm’s former managers
  • Advised Terminal on its dispute with Olerex, where Olerex filed a claim against Terminal and a member of its management board, asserting that a statement published in an article by the Estonian Public Broadcasting – alleging that Olerex caused damages of at least 100 million euros by breaching the biofuel obligation – constituted an incorrect factual assertion or, alternatively, defamation. The dispute ended positively for Terminal.
