Our M&A transactions experience includes work on transactions in virtually every industry, including IT, real estate, banking and other financial services, energy, production, wholesale, retail, pharmaceuticals, transport, telecommunications and media. We provide legal support for major domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity capital investments, joint ventures, management buyouts and restructuring processes. COBALT has led a number of the largest local and cross-border transactions in the recent years.

  • Advised Combiwood Group on acquiring the Estonian wood supply business from Metsä Group
  • Advised the sole owner of Avalanche Laboratory OÜ on selling the company to Insuro Technologies
  • Advised the shareholders of TMB Element on selling its shares to INHUS
  • Advised Warmeston OÜ on acquiring Brocēni cogeneration plant and pellet factory in Latvia from Enefit Green
