Our four practices dedicated to Projects & Energy matters closely work together: 

Energy & Climate Change: Our team provides support with all issues: implementation law/regulations; feasibility studies/assistance with projects of all sizes; mergers, antitrust/state aid; negotiations between concessionary authorities/distributors and between regulated operators/businesses using infrastructure open to third parties; assistance with start-ups, innovative initiatives, technological changes, environmental issues; proposed changes to legal form in the public sector/implementation of privatisation laws; optimisation of tax/social security schemes; litigation, etc.

Environment: Our team provides support from the design stage of an industrial/building projects through to filing applications for administrative permits and during the operation of industrial sites and on the termination or sale of a business. In particular, we have acquired extensive dialogue experience with administrative authorities in conjunction with design offices. As such, we can protect our clients' interests in any litigation.

Infrastructure & projects: Our team offers an approach based on in-depth knowledge of the various business sectors, synergies between CMS network firms, as well as the expertise and innovation of our lawyers. We regularly advise operators in all sectors: industrial actors, infrastructure investment funds, as well as public sector entities, banks, financial institutions and debt funds.
