The Restructuring & Insolvency department covers all areas of insolvency law. These include crisis management, legal evaluation of available courses of action, assessment of collateral, including issues pertaining to the law of security interests and property, as well as debt rehabilitation processes in- and outside the judicial system. We advise on directors' liabilities, lender liability, etc., securing creditor claims, including judicial and non-judicial enforcement, as well as attachment and injunctions.
