CMS Kluge's Dispute Resolution group assist clients with litigation and other disputes. We assist with litigation before the ordinary courts of law, with arbitration and with settlement negotiation. Our partners frequently represent clients in disputes before the Supreme Court and EFTA Court, several have professional experience from the Office of the Attorney General, and some have previously served as judges. Many of the partners in the group are often used as arbitrators in commercial disputes.

CMS Kluge has litigation expertise in all practice groups and in all commercial legal areas. Our construction and infrastructure disputes practice is among the most successful in Norway, with an established history representing contractors, government entities and developers. We have dedicated expertise in the financial services sector, handling numerous international and domestic disputes. We also have an extensive intellectual property litigation practice handling high-profile patent, trademark and copyright disputes. In addition we perform a growing amount of litigation assignments within the oil and gas industry and the oil supply industry.
