Our banking and finance team has been advising EU, international and local financing institutions and investors for 15 years on the Croatian market. The department has been involved in a wide range of finance transactions. The team frequently works on cross-border project finance, acquisition finance, financial restructurings, insolvency, distressed investments and creditors’ rights.

Our BaF team has recently been most active in supporting non-performing loan transactions, and their work has helped shape the NPL market in Croatia. Our particular strength lies in the representation of banks, both local and international, where we can call upon our unprecedented experience of advising on the sell side in regional NPL transactions.

Our BaF department is also active in various compliance matters specific for the banking and financial market. We provide regular support to clients on the introduction of new laws and regulations that affect our clients’ businesses.
