Work Highlights

Clyde & Co acted as Coverage Counsel on behalf of QBE European Operations in relation to a claim for indemnity made under a Third-Party Liability policy formalised by an Investment Company specialising in Digital, Renewables, Healthcare and Airports. The proceedings which gave rise to the claim relate to building defects following the development of an apartment precinct in New Zealand.
