Acted for Macquarie Capital and Swancor Renewable Energy on the USD2 billion financing of the Formosa 2 offshore wind farm in Taiwan.

Acted for the investors and KEXIM on the refinancing for the Norte II power project in Mexico via the private placement of USD400 million notes due 2037 by KST Electric Power.
