The team handles IPOs, rights issues, placings, block trades, GDRs and equity aspects of M&A, providing end-to-end support on domestic and cross-border mandates. Recent work includes major IPOs, follow-on offerings and complex secondary raisings.

Our Debt Capital Markets practice advises banks, insurers, corporates, sovereigns and multilaterals on investment-grade, structured and emerging markets debt. It specialises in regulatory capital, corporate hybrids, equity-linked instruments, liability management, sovereign and emerging market issuances, and EMTN/ECP programmes. Recent mandates include regulatory capital issuances, sovereign transactions and ESG-labelled instruments.

Our US Securities group, based in London and EMEA, advises on Rule 144A and Section 4(a)(2) offerings, supporting corporates, banks and sovereigns on cross-border investment-grade, hybrid, regulatory capital and emerging market issuances, including complex multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Our High Yield practice advises on complex financings in Europe and globally, covering acquisition and leveraged finance, private equity-driven issuances, corporate financings and restructuring-related bonds. Recent work includes acquisition financings, refinancing and recapitalisations, and sponsor-led high yield issuances.
