Our key mandates include advising on all manner of transactional assignments including commercial structuring, risk analysis and mitigation, financing, drafting and negotiation. We are called on to advise on the suite of project agreements, from transactions in the public sector to providing specialist regulatory advice on public sector procurement, public finance management, intergovernmental relations and public sector legislation regulating national, provincial and local government.
