The Real Estate Litigation department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin is led by Managing Director, Jonathan Forrester. The team represents a broad Real Estate Litigation practice having acted on behalf of a diverse range of clients from local, national and multinational companies to property developers and commercial tenants.

Managing Director, Jonathan Forrester and Directors, Aaron Moore and Michael King are trained mediators, having completed the Institute of Professional Legal Studies Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation Training Course. Associate Directors, Rachael Gamble and Maria McNally are also accredited mediators and Directors, Patrick Fleming and Aaron Moore have completed the RICS Diploma in Adjudication in the Construction Industry and are qualified Adjudicators.
