The Professional Negligence team at Cleaver Fulton Rankin is led by Director, Aaron Moore. The team represents a broad Professional Negligence practice having acted on behalf of a diverse range of clients from local, national and multinational companies to individuals. The team has built a niche practice defending “etridge” style claims on behalf of financial institutions when borrowers and guarantors have claimed undue influence and duress on the enforcement of security. The team also act on behalf of financial institutions in pursuing valuers who had provided negligent valuations which the financial institution relied upon prior to lending. The vast experience of Directors Aaron Moore, Patrick Fleming, and Anna McClimonds have amassed in Construction has led them to develop a repuation as experts in advising on Professional Negligence actions against industry professionals such as Architects and Surveyors. Directors, Patrick Fleming and Aaron Moore have completed the RICS Diploma in Adjudication in the Construction Industry and are qualified Adjudicators.
