Karen Blair is chair and head of planning and environment at Cleaver Fulton Rankin. She advises local authorities and private clients across numerous sectors, including energy, infrastructure and mining, on major projects, redevelopment schemes, environmental due diligence and planning applications. Additionally, she has notable experience providing representation in judicial review proceedings and appeals against enforcement notices.

Brendan Martyn regularly advises both public and private clients on planning and environmental matters. He has particular expertise assisting with abatement notice appeals, Section 76 agreements, acquisition due diligence, and judicial review proceedings.
