The team is led by Director Patrick Fleming who has a strong reputation and is a renowned partner for both non-contentious and contentious construction law. Patrick is supported by fellow Director Aaron Moore, who specialises in construction and professional negligence litigation, as well as Director, Anna McClimonds, who specialises in contentious construction work.

The team specialises in handling multi-million pound disputes in court, adjudication and arbitration on behalf of contractors, employers and property developers, and acts for a substantial number of public authorities and private organisations in some of the leading cases in Northern Ireland. The team has niche specialisms including professional negligence, procurement, projects and alternative dispute resolution.

Director, Patrick Fleming acts for many private sector clients in assisting with drafting construction documentation. Director, Aaron Moore is particularly known for his work on dilapidation disputes. Directors, Patrick Fleming and Aaron Moore have completed the RICS Diploma in Adjudication in the Construction Industry and are qualified Adjudicators.
