About

Provided by Claro & Cía

Claro & Cía. is probably the only full-service law firm in Chile with a leading dispute resolution practice. We specialize in complex commercial court litigation, domestic and international arbitration and transnational litigation. We also have a white-collar crime practice.  We carefully select the cases in which we want to become involved so that we only participate in a case when we can add value to it.  Very often lawyers from other firms recommend our involvement to their clients when a matter is too complex or requires multijurisdictional coordination.  In several opportunities, the firm has acted as leading counsel regarding transnational disputes, liaising with leading foreign firms and facilitating a centralized strategy, when necessary.

We also act regularly as counsel or arbitrators in international arbitral proceedings under the rules of CAM-CCBC, CAM Santiago, ICC, ICDR, LCIA, PCA, Lima Chamber of Commerce, etc.  Claro & Cía. is the firm with more members in CAM Santiago’s roster of arbitrators.
