Our M&A group has considerable experience regarding Swedish and cross-border transactions, regularly acting as both lead and local advisors. We assist Swedish clients investing in domestic and foreign companies and international clients entering the Swedish market.
We maintain a close collaboration with Cirio’s practice groups for Capital Markets and Public M&A, as well as Banking and Finance and Debt Capital Markets.
