Centred in the Cheltenham office, our Strategic Land and Development Team helps clients prepare and realise maximum value from land with potential for development.  Having the largest private client practice in a UK law firm and one of the largest real estate teams has enabled us to position ourselves as a leading law firm for landowner strategic land work.  The team has acted on a number of nationally significant housing projects.

Specialist Supported Living

We act for clients investing in and operating properties used for Specialist Supported Living.  We advise on the long lease structure with the Registered Providers and the relevant nomination agreements with Local Authorities and/or Service Level Agreements with Care Operators.  We specialise in the purchase and sales of large portfolios of properties being used for Specialist Supported Living.

High Net Worth Property Investment

As part of our role as a leading Private Wealth firm, we act for various high net worth individuals (nationally and internationally) investing into UK commercial real estate. 

Residential Investment and Development

We act for specialist residential funds, national and regional housebuilders, charities and private companies developing and investing in residential property including advice on the structuring and management of mixed use developments.
