Charles Russell Speechlys has a large team advising on matters relating to professional discipline. The team consists of members of both the healthcare team and the sports team.

Our healthcare team is best known for:

• Regulatory advice on NHS legislation and remuneration
• Fitness to Practise proceedings, particularly before the General Pharmaceutical Council
• Representation and advocacy at NHS tribunal hearings, administrative law, judicial reviews and health sector crime (including complex and high-value NHS fraud and MHRA Prosecutions)
