·         Represents clients in relation to all forms of employment litigation in the Employment Tribunals and High Court.

·         Advises on drafting and enforcing confidentiality provisions and post termination restrictions.

·         Provides guidance on handling disciplinary and grievance processes and in drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, including managing exit discussions with senior employees.

·         Drafts comprehensive, up–to-date employment contracts and policies.

·         Advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

·         Assists in managing redundancy exercises, restructurings and TUPE transfers.

·         Advises on remuneration and incentive arrangements.

·         Provides external seminars for managers and HR professionals on topical employment law issues and writes articles sharing its insights into the latest developments in employment law and best practice.

Sara Wilson heads the team supported by senior associate, Syma Spanjers and associates, Kelly Evans and Briony Richards.  The team is also able to call upon the expertise of the firm’s specialists in tax, property, immigration and pension law, for example, where required.
