The Capital Markets team represents issuers, investment banks, investors and others on a broad range of equity and debt capital markets transactions. With a particularly strong track record raising funds in the equity capital markets, including AIM, the team advise both mid-cap and smaller quoted companies and their sponsors.

The firm’s Private Wealth prevalence continues to open up a market for working for wealthy families on corporate transactions. Business owners, family businesses and entrepreneurs are an area of considerable opportunity for growth, who often use the AIM market as part of their growth strategy. These are the ‘wealth creators’ and the firm is keenly targeting this group as the decrease in banks’ lending activity has led to an increase in how privately-held capital is being used and is shaping our economy.
   
With long-term commitments to institutions such as the QCA and groups including the CLLS/Law Society Joint Working Group on Market Abuse, as well as a sponsorship of the London Stock Exchange's ELITE programme, the group have positioned themselves as a trusted adviser in the wider industry.
