In recent years, we were especially able to build a solid reputation in all work related to the winding down and dissolutions of business operations in Austria.

Jointly with our highly skilled corporate, banking and our tax team, we are able to provide full-service advice to our clients.

Our key type of work and our key strength continues to be full service legal advice in respect of in- and out-of-court restructurings and the voluntary and involuntary winding-down of business operations.

We are usually engaged at an early stage by creditors, shareholders, management (of distressed companies), and also other service providers, such as tax and auditing firms, underlining our role as a trusted advisor in the field.

Besides, jointly with our banking team, we often advise in (financial) restructurings of any kinds, both in and out-of-court.

Our team also provides out-of-court advisory work for the key players in restructuring scenarios in a wider sense, most notably creditors & business partners of and investors interested in distressed companies (distressed M&A work).
