Čechová & Partners’ rapidly expanding litigation team represents clients in various types of disputes at courts, arbitration tribunals and in administrative proceedings. The firm’s lawyers also regularly participate in arbitration proceedings held by foreign and domestic arbitration tribunals and also serve as arbitrators. 

Particular strength of the team lies in real estate disputes, employment and commercial litigation, damage, transportation and insolvency litigation. Our team has strong experience in settling disputes out of court.

Katarína Čechová has served as an arbitrator for international disputes of the Court of Arbitration of the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry for more than 19 years and also as an ad hoc arbitrator in international disputes held under ICC and UNCITRAL rules of arbitration. She is listed as a permanent arbitrator of the Vienna International Arbitration Centre and also of the Arbitration Court of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
