In the last 25 years, the Firm is assisting clients in the acquisition, protection, development and exploitation of IP rights and technology-based services, including the protection of trade secrets and know-how.

The IP Team boasts deep experience in contractual assistance concerning license, technology transfer and R&D agreements and conducts and coordinates litigation worldwide both offensively and defensively, with a particular focus on Italy and German cross-border litigation. The deep litigation experience is mainly focused on patent, trademark and software disputes but concerns all IP fields (including trade secrets and unfair competition).
