Attorneys in the firm’s Business Practice Group assist clients in the formation and operation of corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships and other business entities; advise fiduciaries on all aspects of ERISA, including the formation of profit-sharing, pension and other
employee benefit plans, with an emphasis on Employee Stock Ownership Plans; assist clients in addressing the opportunities and challenges faced by an ongoing business; provide advice regarding transactions governed by the Uniform Commercial Code; and assist in mergers, acquisitions, dissolutions, asset purchases and financings. 

In addition to these matters, the firm’s corporate attorneys frequently work together with its real estate attorneys with structuring, drafting and closing real estate transactions which are structured as corporate mergers or stock transfers.
