Our experience in energy matters dates back almost 30 years, to the beginning of the development of electric power generation and gas transportation projects through private companies, after the privatization of certain state-owned companies and the opening of the country to foreign investment.

Having accompanied that development, we have a deep knowledge of the different areas of the energy sector and the regulations related to the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, in addition to the regulations governing water and gas companies; and we can assist our clients in projects that have varied over time following market trends.

That is why, in recent years, our clients have chosen us to advise them on many non-conventional renewable energy projects, mainly wind and solar, but also biomass and geothermal. We also act as legal advisors to participants or financial consultants in structured projects without earmarking or in financing initiatives for future projects. We are currently starting to advise on green hydrogen production, which is very interesting and challenging because Chile aspires to become a world leader in this field.
