James Noble leads Carey Olsen's litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice in Asia. This includes advising on shareholder disputes, and high net worth clients' multi-jurisdictional litigation. His work of late involves debt restructuring for virtual capital companies.

Timothy Haynes has considerable experience advising on BVI, Cayman Islands and Bermuda law. He is acknowledged for his extensive experience in commercial litigation, corporate restructuring and insolvency cases.

Matthew Watson is a partner in the Hong Kong office who draws upon previous experience practising in Bermuda. He is especially noted for his handling of trust and estate disputes as well as restructurings and insolvencies for high net worth clients.

Anthony McKenzie is the managing partner of the Singapore office and heads the corporate team in Asia. He acts on corporate transactions and IPOs involving Cayman, BVI and Bermuda law elements, with recent work on fund formation and asset restructurings.

Michael Padarin is the head of Carey Olsen's investment funds practice. He acts for clients on a variety of capital raising matters including IPOs and fund formations. He also represented lenders in the subscription credit facilities to funds.
