Recent Work Highlights

• Represented the purchaser/developer in the acquisition and financing of a site to be redeveloped into a retail, residential, commercial and education center.
• Represented a REIT in numerous real estate financing transactions involving senior mortgage/construction loans and mezzanine loans. 
• Represent a company in a joint venture with an institutional investor to acquire and manage self-storage properties in metropolitan areas of the U.S. We handle all real estate and financing matters for the joint venture.
